About Me

About Me
Hello, I'm Matthew Carter, Director of The Bespoke Training Hub. As a qualified social worker, foster carer, and shared lives carer, I've dedicated my career to making a meaningful difference in the care sector.
My journey to establishing The Bespoke Training Hub stems from my hands-on experience in social work and care services. Having worked directly in these roles, I recognised the need for training that goes beyond theory—training that truly reflects the day-to-day realities of care professionals.

What drives me is the belief that quality training shouldn't be a luxury. Drawing from my practical experience and professional expertise, I've created a comprehensive range of courses that combine essential theory with real-world applications. Every course we offer at The Bespoke Training Hub is crafted with the same principle: to provide accessible, practical knowledge that care professionals can implement immediately in their work.

I look forward to being part of your professional development journey.

"I recently completed the Healthcare Assistant Level 3 course, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. What stood out was how the training incorporated real-life scenarios that I encounter daily in my work. The course content was thoroughly up-to-date with current UK healthcare standards, and the flexible online format meant I could study around my shifts. Matthew's background in social work and care really shows in the quality and relevance of the material. I've already recommended this to my colleagues!"
