You are entirely responsible for any service, telephony, data, and/or other fees and costs associated with accessing and using the Services, including maintaining all necessary equipment.

Payment Terms
If you choose to access or use our Services that require payment:
- You agree to pay all associated costs and taxes
- Credit card information provided must be valid and authorized
- The Bespoke Training Hub may charge your credit card regularly for fees
- Failed payments may result in collection measures
- Access to Services may be suspended pending payment
- Course access is granted for 12 months from purchase date

Membership
Upon joining our services, you automatically become a The Bespoke Training Hub member. Your membership will remain active until you or we decide to cancel it. The name specified during enrolment will be visible within the Learnworlds platform features.

Course Access & Enrolment
- Upon becoming a subscriber, you will have access to our course catalogue
- A subscriber can enrol in up to 10 courses at any time through the subscriber dashboard
- Once you have registered for 10 courses, you must complete a course before enrolling in another
- Upon completion of a course, you are free to take another
- Course access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase

Right to Cancel Order & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our courses:
- You have the right to cancel your enrolment and request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- Refund requests must be sent to support@mybespoketraining.com
- The refund policy does not apply if:
  * You have completed more than 50% of the course
  * The course was purchased at a discounted price
  * Any fraudulent activity is suspected
- We reserve the right to suspend access to the course upon refund request

Subscription Plans & Changes

  • 14.2.2 If you cancel the Services after provision has begun but is not yet complete you will still be required to pay for the Services supplied up until the point at which you inform Us that you wish to cancel. The amount due shall be calculated in proportion to the full price of the Services and the actual Services already provided. Any sums that have already been paid for the Services shall be refunded subject to deductions calculated in accordance with the foregoing. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 5 working days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform Us that you wish to cancel.
